UAB Student Forum 2009

It’s that time again… Time for the Fall Student Forum!
This is a great chance for you ask those important questions that you are dying to ask the administration. President Garrison will be there along with the Provosts, Vice-Presidents, Deans, and other administrators. The topics will cover everything from academics to, the most important topic on everyone’s mind, parking. Even If you don’t have a question, come anyway. You may find out information about UAB that you didn’t know before.
The event is hosted by USGA and RHA. It all goes down on September 25th, 2009 in the Blazer Hall RLC from 12:30-2:30 pm.
Did I mention there will be Free Food? What can get better than letting your voice be heard, and also getting free food too?!
P.S. Make Sure You Bring Your Student ID
I know from personal experience that these forums are extremely fun to go to. There will be yelling, laughing, and all sorts of random complaints that come up. I also know that issues brought up at these forums are dealt with. A few years ago a bunch of students complained about the diner being slow and the employees being rude. After the forum, it took about a week for them to fire just about everyone and turn the diner into a hamburger cooking, dragon claw slinging, finely tuned machine. Seriously. -Andrew
