UAB Mobile App Available

UAB’s new official mobile app puts many things at your fingertips.  Along with a map and access to the campus directory, other functions of the app include UAB news, Blazer sports information, BlackBoard, and more.  Some of the functions of the features include the ability of the map to allow you to search for buildings by name, find them on a map, find yourself on the map, and see how to get from here to there.  The courses option allows you to find classes and access schedule times, places, and instructors.  Another cool function is the athletics feature.  The athletics feature allows you to check out all the news, schedules, and scores to keep up with everything relating to UAB sports.  The iPhone version of the app is available now for free and an Android version is coming soon.
