The Blaze Productions committee is finishing strong this semester. As you already know, the committee has provided Crawfish Boil Weekend Passes for UAB students to buy for only $20, and this week they are bringing the Jump Smokers to Birmingham! The Jump Smokers, sometimes refereed to as “Kings of the Dance Floor”, are a crew of club DJs and mix master that have banded together to create a unique “electro-pop” sound. You may have heard their cult hit “Don’t Be a Douche Bag” or maybe “My Flow So Tight” and you’ve more than likely danced to a number of their remixes at the club. These guy are pretty damn good.

Thanks to Blaze Productions and Club Zen you are going to get the chance to enjoy these sick beats. The Jump Smokers will be performing at Zen Nightclub courtesy of Blaze Productions on Thursday April 22 at 10pm. Get their early because we’re expecting it to pack out. FYI, this event is NOT free, but you can get pre-sale ticket now at the UAB Ticket Office for $5  if you are a UAB student and $10 if you’re not. Try and get your tickets BEFORE you get there because the tickets at the door are going to be $10 UAB Students, and $15 for the public.
