I know the first couple of weeks of school can be pretty stressful. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever had a semester that has been completely stress-free. So how are us hardworking college kids supposed to deal with this all this stress? Well the Films & Novelties committee has been working hard to create a cure. Apparently a combination  of great music, lots of dancing, and gallons of paint may be the cure. So why don’t we all give this new cure a try!

Wednesday, August 25^th, Films & Novelties will be throwing the  MAD SPLATTER DANCE PARTY right here on campus.  This epic party will be located over in the “quad” between Blount Hall and Rast Hall at 7:00 PM. (If you’re a freshman and still trying to figuring where everything is, just follow the music that night.) The music will be brought to you by DJ Coco and there will be a special guest appearance by DJ Nastique. Both are sure to keep you dancing all night. Paint will be provided and I believe shirts will be available too but be warned: WEAR SOMETHING YOU DON’T MIND GETTING PAINT ON. You will ruin your clothes! But even if you do, you won’t want to miss this party…oh! And did I mention?…it’s FREE! There isn’t a reason not to come, enjoy, and lose some stress!
