Last Free Food for Thought of the Semester

I just wanted to make this quick post to let everyone know about the last Free Food for Thought. These things are pretty good times. The idea is that they intice you with the free food and they trick you into engageing in some intelegent conversation. Brilliant idea. Anyways, Free Food for Thought will be coming up on Thursday, April 23rd (12 noon in Lister Hill Library) and the topic of discussion will be “Is Western Style Democracy Right for the Entire World?”. Sounds interesting.

Is this the western style democracy of our founding fathers or what it has become over the last few decades?

Founding fathers would be ok with me, small limited national government with strong local. More dependent on the individuals building the economy.

Recent government, strong national government that meddles in too many foreign and domestic affairs.
