Thanksgiving is the beginning of our traditional holiday season.  It is such a special time for us to stop and ponder over things that has happened during the past year, little things that we normally overlook during our day-to-day because we are living such a hurried lifestyle with plenty of deadlines.

 It is a special time because despite whatever we are doing in our personal life, we stop to give thanks and spend time with each other and renew relationships with family and friends.
After we have given thanks, and are so happy to be home with loved ones, it brings us to the next important pleasure- the food.
“Holy cow”…all that food….CAN YOU SAY GOBBLE, GOBBLE..?
And so it is with eyes bulging, heart pumping, mouth watering, and forks in hand, we make our way to the table as we quickly scan all things we can lay claim to during our first, second, and third trips to the kitchen.
Once we have stuffed ourselves, we usually change into more “comfortable” clothes and sit around watching TV, secretly think about the moment our bodies will allow us to hit the dessert table once again.

IS THERE ANYTHING BETTER? Haha
