Free Food for Thought: Can there be morality without religion?
For as long as I’ve worked at colleges, two things have always been true:
1. Students have opinions and love to voice them (loudly).
2. Students are always poor and hungry.
That said, we have the perfect event for you. Answer a question, have a free lunch.
Join us, Tuesday, January 26 at 12:3opm in the Spencer Honors House for the next Free Food For Thought.
The question is easy enough: Can there be morality without religion?
Everyone will have one minute to answer the question and give their opinion. You don’t argue. You don’t converse with people. You just say your thoughts. When you’re done giving your thoughts, you sit back, listen to other points of view and eat.
Come out, meet some of the iloveuab.com crew, have a rousing conversation about morality and religion, and score a free lunch. It doesn’t get much better than that.
See ya there!
