FREE Bollywood Movie Night-Saawariya
If you’re a Bollywood freak like me, then this Tuesday (Sept. 29) is your night to come out on the Campus Green and take in the UAB screening of Saawariya.
Saawariya is, like most Bollywood movies, an awesome love story/musical. Two people meet in a small town and spend some of the greatest days of their lives together. If the plot (or the idea of a musical) doesn’t draw you in, there will be free Indian food served during the screening. There’s something for everybody!
The screening starts at 7:30 p.m., so don’t be late!
Residence Life and UAB Films and Novelties worked together to bring this movie to campus, and as always, this movie-and all movies played at UAB-are due in part to your student fees.
