Whether or not you are a fan of Nine Inch Nails, you have to respect them.  Back in May they released their album called “The Slip” absolutely free,  which I think is absolutely badass. They are revolutionizing the way that bands interact with their fans, and utilizing the Internet to the fullest.

Recently you might have heard that they have also released over 400GB of high definition concert footage via Bit Torrent. I think this is one of the coolest things I have heard in a long time. NIN is definitely changing some things in the music world. I would dare to predict, after some consultation with the prophets, that we MIGHT see Nine Inch Nails headlining one of the nights at Bonnaroo this year. I sure hope so. We’ll know for sure late January, early February.
