The holiday menu at Corretti Catering is huge. So huge, there’re two menus-one for hors d’oeuvres and another for entrees and deserts. Not only is there baked or fried turkey, glazed ham, cornbread dressing with giblet gravy, sweet potato soufflé, yeast rolls with whipped butter, chocolate pecan pie, gingerbread with lemon curd sauce, but there’s also New Oreleans style bread pudding with whiskey sauce, which sounds delicious.
