Men’s soccer wins big over FIU 7-1 while Women’s soccer ties Houston 1-1. Both teams remain in top 25.
There’s a slew of cool events hitting UAB at the end of the month and you need to be there. Thursday, October 22 at 7pm, UAB Lecture Series & Film & Novelties proudly presents Frank Warren, creator of the blog PostSecret.Thursday, October 29 at 8pm in the HUC Alumni Auditiorium, UAB proudly presents Max Brooks, zombie expert and author of World War Z.
Volunteer with “Into the Streets” at different sites like Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, Greater Birmingham Humane Society, and various others all throughout the Birmingham area.
Check it out. Cheer on the girls. And check out all of the glitter. There’s a lot of it.
